Degree of innovation, marketability, development potential: All this convinced the top-class jury of the IQ Innovation Award Central Germany 2023 and since yesterday we are proud winners in the cluster energy/environment/solar economy. The prize in this excellently organized competition was presented to us by Steffen Fröhlich from Siemens AG, which sponsors the cluster award together with enviaM.

This was preceded by a two-stage selection process with strong teams and convincing innovations in front of a 13-member jury from the energy industry. For us at Wattando, this award is an incentive and confirmation to now install the first systems in private households together with Wattkraft, our first sales partner for Germany, and the first electrical installation companies.

But what is the basis for the high IQ of our solution? The laudation of the award donor summed it up wonderfully: Because Wattster makes connecting solar systems to one's own line network much faster and easier than ever before - behind the fuse and without major intervention in the installation. Wattster is innovative for installers who can do much more with less skilled labor than before. Wattster is also innovative because it allows many more people to have access to decentrally generated solar energy.
